**About the role**
You provide support on the governance and oversight of all Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) contracts in meeting contract readiness.

**What you will be working on**
- Perform secretariat duties for monthly meeting
- Manage high volume of contract information and data for tracking contract readiness and generating status reports
- Provide sound advices and guidance on outsourcing and contracting strategies
- Support the section in identifying enhancements in governance, policies in managing outsourcing risk
- Facilitate competency development and knowledge management in outsourcing and contracting

**Challenge(s)**
- Developing good understanding on Navy’s operational needs to formulate outsourcing, contracting strategies
- Working with high volume of information and data from various agencies

**What we are looking for**
- Education in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 5 years experience and knowledge in contract management, procurement, supply or maintenance-related business is preferred
- Good logical thinking, analytical, interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently
- Prior relevant work experience in data processing/analysis is advantageous
