Senior Concierge

Plan duty roster, supervise and lead the concierge team.
- Provide visitors/tenants with directional guides & information about facilities, services, surrounding amenities & tenants' premises.
- Registration of visitors to office tenants.
- Assist Community Relations Team on retail promotional activities & sale of SISTIC tickets.
- Assist in visitors/tenants' requests.
- Escort VIP visitors, and assist visitors with special needs requirements.
- Handle queries, feedback & complaints from visitors/tenants.
- Monitor concierge team’s performance and propose improvement plans.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and provide periodic updates.
- Manage security concierge deployed by external agencies.
- Carry out regular inspections such as lift lobby cleanliness, flickering lights etc and report to respective departments promptly.
- Undertake ad-hoc events/projects that may be assigned.
**Requirements**:
- GCE 'O' levels, Diploma or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of customer service experience in retail/hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service, meticulous & able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to focus attention to customer needs, remain calm & courteous at all times.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership skills and able to lead a team
