**Overview**
- Developing and Overseeing implementation of New English program proposed at GIIS - coordinate with various vendors in terms of sourcing requirement.**Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the faculty staff and the Academic leadership team for curriculum development **for Intensive English program** to support the students coming from different curriculum and need extra support to learn English language in a short duration.- Assist academic staff to design sustainable high-quality assessment activities- Develops and Reviews the syllabus set by the Head of Departments for all the levels- Develops and Reviews the teaching content developed by teachers at the start of the curriculum planning process and provides inputs- Observes the Teachers in the classroom and provides feedback for improvement- Organizes class demonstrations, teaching methods, the use of aides and other help to the teachers in the level- Manage the timetable implementation for grades between 5-8- Monitors the performance and results of the students in the levels to determine if learning outcomes have been achieved, and if the teaching methodologies and content requires any changes.- On a successful completion of IB program, plan the transition movement of the students to the next successive / respective grade- Have to plan lessons and are expected to create unique lessons and projects for class. expected to incorporate technology into their lessons.- Monitor/assess/propose for the development of the school programs on its contents, pedagogical approach organization- Ensure the implementation of the school programs and evaluation- Ensure the student learning teaching quality meets the school curriculum expectations- Work with related persons to improve the school program and student academic performance- Interaction with the parent community/academic leadership team/coordinators/admission team to update on the learning milestone; define the assessment criteria on timely basis.**Skills Description**

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of English literature/Master’s degree (focusing on English)- Experience: 5 to 8 years- Working Days: 5 days per week- Location: Onsite**Benefits**:
