Be responsible for the overall smooth daily operations of both Student Care and Kindergarten Care Centres in primary schools and community-based.
- Monitor and review the centre operations, classroom management, safety protocols, enrichment activities deliveries.
- Monitor the centre monthly fee, SCFA collections, student matters and reports.
- Responsible for all aspects of staff deployment, training, mentoring, counselling and discipline management.
- Act as a management representative to the school leaders/agencies.
- Lead start-up/set-up of new centres.
- Plan and execute both internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with external agencies for out-reach programmes for students, parents and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Diploma
- 3 years’ experience in a similar setting is preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Good supervisory and critical thinking skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to handle emergency situations effectively
