**What will you do as a Manager Maintenance?**

As a Manager Maintenance, you will plan and manage the department's resources and budget to meet the company's objectives. You will also drive and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company’s standards as well as manage Sustaining and Service, Growth CAPEX projects.

**What do we expect from you as a Manager Maintenance?**
- 6-9 years of Engineering experience and background
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Excellent planning, project management and tactical conceptualization abilities
- Strong data analysis acumen and ability to transform findings into opportunities for improvement
- Good knowledge of maintenance, operations, safety and product knowledge
- Knowledge of safety, health and environment practices
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Ability to manage conflict effectively and amicably, arriving at a balanced outcome
- Strong project management skills
- Positive stakeholder management capabilities with strong communications skills
- Individuals with dynamism and the desire to work in an intense and demanding environment
- Strong knowledge on Safety Standards in Maintenance and Reliability on Singapore Safety standards and Industrial standards e.g. APIs and SS requirement
- Knowledge on Boiler Operations will be an advantage

**Your core responsibilities are**:

- Develop maintenance strategy with reference to Vopak Standards & maintenance policy, industry best practices / standards and local statutory compliance
- Maintain the asset data management process through the usage of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) i.e. Infor ME2, EAM, Microsoft Project, PTB and engineering documentation control process
- Direct and lead department in the overall installation, maintenance and repairs of all terminal assets, necessary for the continuity of operations and the safety of terminal personnel
- Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective and efficient maintenance management system based on industry best practices and standards
- Manage maintenance contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance activities are executed effectively and efficiently within planned resources
- Drive and sustain continuous improvement effort in order to improve efficiency and quality of maintenance processes
- Ensure departmental planning and scheduling programs are in line with operations objectives for maximum equipment uptime
- Establish preventive maintenance programs, procedures, analysis of reports, generates follow up actions and updates records in systems in order to audit the performance of the services
- Drive and manage asset integrity to prevent inspection backlog, of pipelines, tanks, structures and safety critical equipment
- Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans, forecast performance against business key performance indicators, develop business case for new projects and estimate financial and resources required to deliver performance targets
- Manage department resources including maintenance activities prioritization, manpower assignments and budget allocation
- Manage department resources on supporting terminal or company on ad hoc projects and activities
- Review and approve maintenance orders and projects based on risk techniques and reasonably correct allocation of spending to maximize asset reliability and life span
- Drive energy and cost saving effort in line with organization sustainability goals
- Lead the technical front in relevant Procurement processes to ensure competitive prices for all maintenance orders or projects tender
- Monitor and review maintenance on site are carried out in accordance with safety, health, environment and loss preventive policies, rules, regulations and according to company’s standards
- Take action to improve performance and to resolve non-compliance in accordance with SHE policies, procedures and ensure company’s standards are met
- Ensure maintenance employees are trained on SHE and regulatory training to perform their roles effectively
