**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER, ASIA**

Reporting to the Regional Head of Compensation and Benefits (C&B), you will be involved in functions relating to compensation and benefits, with a higher focus in employee benefits.
You will work in close partnership with the Corporate and local HR teams, to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with regional policies, compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement employee benefits plan, policies and programs throughout Asia and China region, includes Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong.
- Lead projects and initiatives relating to employee benefits and ensure they are aligned with the HR work plans.
- Lead annual group insurance renewal and submission, working closely with third-party service providers to negotiate appropriate coverage, services and costs.
- Conduct communication sessions on the benefits program to employees and provide clarification to employees regarding benefits plan
- Support country HR to evaluate and recommend changes to existing C&B policies and programs to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, market trends as well as alignment and consistency with corporate guideline.
- Maintains knowledge of economic conditions, labour market trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
- Conduct extensive market research on rewards program trends and practices, carry out feasibility analysis and provide support on project cost modelling and simulation.
- Support the Regional Head of C&B in the annual budgeting process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to provide the company with best-in-class compensation and benefits solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource with 7 to 10 years of working experience in similar
- roles covering the region.
- Meticulous and possess strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently and proactively.
- PowerPoint.
- Strong background in benefits review and strategy development is advantageous.
