Overview:
Our Administrative Assistant assists our group of companies with general administration in the areas of HR and Accounts.

Job Duties:

- Assist with payroll administration (PT hours, OT hours, allowances, etc.)
- Process leave, off-in-lieus, claims, etc.
- Batch up supplier invoices and scheduling of supplier payments
- Prepare HR letters (confirmation, promotion, etc.)
- MOM portal administration for work permits, S Pass, etc.
- Manage Cash-in-Circulation
- Liaise with outsourced accountants for payroll and supplier payments and any other matters
- Filing and organisation of online documents and hardcopy documents
- Any other general administration
