**The opportunity**
- Taking charge of the partnership team in driving the overall Bancassurance governance & relationship including managing, delivering and co-ordinating the local committees.
- Lead all key strategic initiatives for Partnership channel to develop the model for the digital led bancassurance execution model

**Responsibilities**
- Drive & implement step change in Performance management support in creating, delivering and implementing data-driven performance management based on drivers & area/region/branch
- Support development of segment-specific proposition & strategy for bank partners to drive penetration into key segments
- Design, develop and execute customer incentives and distribution incentive programs
- Driving the annual and quarterly business planning process

**What we are looking for**
- Degree qualification from a recognized University
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience at management and strategic level with proven record of success
- Effective people and senior stakeholder management and change management experience
- Experienced in digital life insurance projects and ability to work across multi-platforms and functions.
- Conceptually strong, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Not afraid to challenge constructively, formulate own views and be able to put forth a convincing business proposal.
- Excellent negotiation, Conflict Management and Project management abilities
