**We’re Hiring | Part-Time Marketing & Customer Service Admin**
Location: 2 Kovan Road Simon Plaza Singapore 548008 (3mins walk from Kovan MRT)
Part-time | Flexible hours (approx. 25-32 hours/week)

Are you social media-savvy, detail-oriented, and love connecting with people? Join **Royal Hair Studio**, where style meets service We’re looking for a motivated **Part-Time Marketing & Customer Service Admin** to support our growing salon team.
What You’ll Do:
**Marketing**:
- Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Assist with promotions, giveaways, and influencer collaborations
- Help update our website and online platforms with fresh content
- Design simple marketing materials (Canva or similar tools)
**Customer Service/Admin**:
- Respond to client messages (WhatsApp, IG DMs, etc.) professionally and promptly
- Help with appointment scheduling and reminders
- Handle customer feedback and reviews with care
- Support with basic data entry and admin tasks when needed
You Are:
- Confident with social media trends and content creation
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Organized and responsive — especially with messages
- Experienced with Canva, Google Docs, and basic admin tools
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
