We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the Compliance function in the region, ensuring adherence to legal and compliance requirements.

As the Head of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in setting and driving compliance policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of conduct, and monitoring compliance developments. Your responsibilities will also include managing compliance risk and developing remediation plans for any compliance issues that arise.

To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified Compliance professional with at least 15 years of relevant experience in the financial industry. A strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in Singapore and the ASEAN region is essential, and experience dealing with SGX is a plus.

In addition to your technical expertise, strong leadership and a strategic business approach are crucial for success. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Legal, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline to be eligible for his position.
