Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Attend to sales queries by walk-in customers in company showroom located at Atrix Building (opposite Aljunied MRT).
2. attend to sales queries via phone calls, company website and e-commerce platforms.
3. Demonstrate product feastures and functions to potential customers.
4. attend to service requests submitted by customers
5. schedule appointments for technicians
6. Other office admin related tasks.
7. Help post videos and pictures on products use/features in various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok, etc.
8. Training will be provided
**Requirements**:
1. Prior sales admin experience preferred, fresh graduates are welcome.
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Maintain positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
4. Accountable, dedicated and result-driven
**Salary**: Basic + commission
