Our Front-End Product Manager will report to the Chief Product Officer. Keys to succeed in the role:

**Your Mission**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Conduct customer journey and experience analysis to understand behavior, roadblocks and simply experience
- Translate research into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy users
- Own front-end product roadmap and write product requirement specifications
- Collaborate with other product managers to provide UX/UI expertise, produce UI design and develop product marketing collaterals
- Lead UX for various user community and engagement (i.e. consumers, developers)
- Lead and scope engagement with select device manufacturers customers to launch their new devices based on our product

**Desired Competence and Experience**
- Bachelor ’s degree in UX/UI, software design or related fields. UX design certification is a plus (i.e. Google)
- At least 3 years in software product, UX and UI design
- At least 3 years experiences in managing large customers project, negotiating on roadmap and requirements.
- Proven experience in software product design including UX and UI design and practical experience using Figma
- Not afraid to be hands-on with a critical reasoning, creative eye, good imagination and curious mindset
- Passion for answering difficult business questions related to user journey, software interface and organization of workflow. Sharp eyes to look for details, inconsistencies, or defects.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a remote team environment
- Strong project management and desire to own many projects at one time
- Outstanding communication skills (both in presentation and comprehension)
- A high-level of interest in the mobile Internet, 4G/5G, and IoT/consumer electronics industries
- Bilingual English / Chinese Mandarin
- Located either in West Coast U.S.A. or in Singapore (remote work) - main working time zone is APAC
