***:**About the team**:
The Services Industry team plays a key role in fulfilling this mission: as part of SAP’s ICA (Industry and Customer Advisory) group we are responsible for providing industry strategy, thought leadership, and business development to propel SAP’s portfolio to global customers. Within that Service Industry team, we have a global team of 6, responsible for the Media and Entertainment Industry. SAP’s Media industry manages 86% of all the revenue in the industry.

We are expanding our focus on the Gaming Segment within M&E. We already have 4 of the top 5 Gaming companies in the world as SAP customer but we believe Gaming represents a big growth opportunity for SAP.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- The worldwide Gaming market revenue in 2021 was ~180B USD with smart phone games accounting for 52% of overall revenue. This represents a significant opportunity for SAP as a market for our core solutions, particularly S/4 HANA Public Cloud, our Media Industry Cloud, Intelligent Spend Management and Customer Experience solutions
- We are looking for your help in defining our Go-To-Market strategy (GTM), the plans to execute this strategy, and identification of the specific sales plays to allow SAP’s teams in the field to create and close opportunity
- You will:

- Define the scope of the segment (E-games, lotteries, betting, game production/distribution, and increasingly the Metaverse )
- Define the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for Gaming based on that scope
- Create a go-forward business case with the TAM and required investments for SAP to be successful
- Identify the target focus market(s) and specific accounts within those markets
- Align with the regions and accounts to hand off the sales play(s) and targets for them to execute
- Build a simple KPI framework and track progress to the business case for gaming

***:**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Strong business analytic capabilities and tools experience - experience of SAP tools like CMI model, Enterprise Analytics tools a definite plus
- MBA/Masters desired (or underway)
- Understanding of cloud technologies, S/4 HANA
- Creativity and critical thinking
- Self-motivated team player, curious, energetic, and passionate to make a difference
- Experience playing computer / immersive games a plus
- Chinese Language Preferred but not a requirement
