Game Economy Analyst Intern

We are seeking for interns with a strong interest in actuarial work within the game industry to join our team as a Game Economy Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our in-game economic system actuary to design and fine-tune the game's economic system. This internship presents a valuable opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the actuarial field specific to the gaming industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate on economic system design: Work closely with the in-game economic system actuary to actively participate in the overall design and optimization of the game's economic system.
- Data analysis and adjustment: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assist in numerical analysis and make necessary adjustments, ensuring balance and sustainability within the economic system.
- Prepare statistical reports and documentation: Create clear and concise statistical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate numerical adjustments and optimizations to the team.
- Foster collaboration and communication: Engage in effective cross-departmental cooperation by communicating and collaborating with game development teams, designers, and product managers.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of mathematics and statistics, as well as basic knowledge and skills in data analysis
- Possess a keen interest in the game industry and a foundational understanding of game economic systems and value adjustments
- Proficient in using common data analysis tools and software such as Excel
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to collaborating with others to achieve project goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and opinions
