**Business Analytics Partner (Associate Director)**

**What the day will look like**
- Demonstrate expertise across all programs within Growth Operations Analytics and use innovative approaches to unlock the maximum value from the data
- Active member of the Growth Operations Analytics management team, providing leadership to scale solutions and drive continuous improvements in our delivery by providing input into the future direction and strategy of the group
- People manager - taking ownership for colleague’s goal setting, development plans and appraisals
- Contribute to developing knowledge and capabilities of the team collectively
- Own and facilitate project-lead country deployments of Growth Operations Analytics initiatives and partner with the business to deliver value-added insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making
- Collaborate across teams to drive synergies and leverage on cross-functional knowledge to deliver enhanced capabilities of the team’s offerings
- Act as a representative of the Aon Center for Innovation & Analytics and articulate our value proposition and current areas of focus
- And any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Degree in Business, Finance or analytical-related fields and minimum 5-7 years of working experience in related field
- In-depth knowledge of Growth Operations Analytics suite of products
- Able to demonstrate leadership in scaling analytical solutions and driving enhancements
- Have people managing experience
- Experienced analytics translator
- Have experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Team player, analytical, problem-solving, critical and innovative thinking skills
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task, self-disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, with good prioritization skills
- Proficiency in SQL/VBA and the ability to use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI would be advantageous.
