**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Senior Counsel within Group Legal Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support across worldwide operations. Your main objectives will be to mitigate legal, reputational, and regulatory risks while ensuring compliance with several regulatory frameworks. In addition, you will be at the forefront of legal and regulatory developments in Asia and Europe, allowing you to showcase your expertise on a global scale.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, senior management, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless legal operations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including service level agreements, licensing agreements, rulebooks, and vendor agreements, pertaining to regulated instruments.
- Work with legal and other teams to review and track privacy and data protection compliance through project lifecycles and respond to internal and external privacy and data protection inquiries.
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

**Qualifications And Skills**
- A degree in law is essential, providing you with a strong foundation for success.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in corporate and commercial matters, gained at a reputable law firm or an enterprise.
- In-house experience within the internet industry, online entertainment or related fields, either in legal or compliance, would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore's regulatory landscape is highly desirable, and familiarity with global regulations will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and GDPR, CCPA and CCOPA is highly desirable
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, market regulators, vendors, and external

counsel.
