**About the role**

We are expanding and seeking for an experienced C++ Developer to join a new and ambitious HFT team with proven alphas. You will be working closely in a small team with senior Quants from top tier HFTs, with over 15 years of strong track record, and other experienced Developers. As a key contributor on the design and implementation of the trading ecosystem, you will have a direct impact on the team’s success.

**As a key member of the Trading Team, your responsibilities include**:

- Helping design key components of a high performance scalable trading system
- Utilising your expertise in C++ to implement those designs
- Helping design and deploy the trading’s team research system and cloud infrastructure for large scale AI/ML research
- Utilising your knowledge in python/C++ to achieve that goal

**We'd love for you to have**:

- At least 5 years of deep expertise in C++
- Proficiency in software architecture
- Experience in low latency or high throughput environments
- Experience in Python
- The ability to write clean code
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
