We are now welcoming a new member to a Singapore team. Join us to be a part of this fantastic team working on an exciting milestone **Responsibilities**: - Provide excellent customer service in our retail stores - Assist customers with the right product selection and drive sales - Attend to customers’ enquiries - Work towards sales and achieve monthly sales target - Cashiering duties - Stock replenishment and stock taking - Basic PC data entry - Basic housekeeping duties - And any ad-hoc duties **Requirements**: - Minimum N/ O/ A Level or ITE, Diploma of any field - Location: west & east - Min 1 year of retail boutique sales experience - Strong passion for customer service - Good communication skills - Good interpersonal skills - Time management skills - Sales oriented - Proficient in both in English and Chinese - Ability to work independently and in teams - Able to commit on weekends and retail hours and public holidays **Please include the following information in your resume**: - Personal particulars - Education background - Work experiences in point form - Where you stay - Reason(s) for leaving - Current and Expected salary - Date of availability / Notice Period VENUS TEARS has stores in Japan and Singapore.
