**Role: Data Test Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and Regression Testing (RT) while supporting business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track and report testing activities, including test results, test case coverage, defects, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive test summary reports at the end of testing phases or project completion.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress and defect resolutions through daily and weekly status reports.
- Ensure all defects are resolved within the timeline
- Support SIT Test Managers during planning and status meetings.
- Assist UAT Test Managers by ensuring the availability of testing environments and execution of test cases.
- Construct simple SQL queries to support data validation during testing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 4 years of relevant experience in SIT, RT, and UAT testing.
- Knowledge of automation testing using tools like Selenium.
- Exposure to QuickTest Pro (QTP) and technical skills in Java and Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
- Proficiency in writing simple SQL queries for data validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
