**Requirements**:“ NO WORK PASS”**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have a Minimum **10 years** of **Singapore** building construction projects and proven experience as a Senior Engineer or M & E Manager.
- Must have Good Written and Spoken English communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
- cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a diverse team of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning and execution of mechanical and electrical (M&E) activities during construction project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for M&E systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&E plans and specifications.
- Manage and supervise M&E subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures as required.
- Collaborate with project managers and other relevant departments to develop project schedules and budgets for M&E works.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure M&E installations are in accordance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Review and approve M&E shop drawings, technical submittals, and material selections.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on M&E matters, resolving any technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Coordinate with utility providers and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for M&E installations.
