**Job description**

We are looking for ERP Project Manager with implementation experience to lead and manage project implementation. This person will be responsible for the successful initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project. This person should possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders. This person will also be responsible for presenting and providing updates to internal and external stakeholders as well as manage the potential business growth from the managed project.

**What we're looking for**
- Defining and manage the delivery within the agreed project scope or Statement of Work.
- Develop the project management plan
- Identify project schedule and activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Engagement with consultant and stakeholders for a smooth and successful project deliveries.
- Ability to ensure team delivers the project on time and do consistent timely reminders with client team and internal team
- Ability to identify gaps of communication between project team members and help bridge the gap.
- Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
- Negotiation skills to keep the project aligned to the overall business goals as outlined in the Implementation Contract.
- Performing the work to formally terminate a project and transfer the completed product to operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business or Information Technology is preferred.
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in full cycle ERP implementation for Finance, Supply Chain Management and Production module.
- Have implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation or Dynamics AX is preferred.
- PMP certified will have added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and independent.
- Ability to execute task with minimum supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
