Key Responsibilities:
1) Maintenance and Repairs: Manage the upkeep of the building, including common areas, facilities, and landscaping, ensuring that all areas are safe and well-maintained.
2) Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget for building operations, including maintenance and repairs, and ensure financial efficiency.
3) Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns and coordinating with the MCST council on issues affecting the community.
4) Contract Management: Negotiate and oversee contracts with vendors for services such as security, cleaning, and landscaping.
5) Compliance: Ensure the building operations comply with local laws and regulations, including safety standards and building codes.
6) Emergency Management: Develop and implement emergency procedures and promptly manage and respond to emergencies.
7) Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and monthly council meetings. Prepare agendas, reports, and minutes for meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action items.
5 years experience in managin condominium/complex Preferably possess an Estate Management Diploma and familiarity with BMSMA/Certificate in Strata Property Management Strong communication and negotiation skills Exhibit organizational and leadership skills.
Well organize and optimise cost, space, and equipment while working within the budgeted operational costs.
Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively. Able to handle all levels of people with a customer service-oriented mindset.
