Within the framework defined by Project Manager and the Lead Process Engineer (LPE):
He/she is responsible for deploying SL1 target DMC EXR solutions (business processes and tools), within SMPT scope, to achieve the expected performance objectives.

He/she contributes to putting in place the systems necessary for the performance of the logistics and supply chain of natural rubber.

He/she works with all impacted people (SMPT& E2A & Central) to facilitate change and bring good practices.

This Job will contribute to:

- The transformation programs of the Natural Rubber management.
- End-to-End redesign of the SMPT Logistics and supply chain process.
- Design and implement interface in compliant with the SMPT target EA architecture study.
- The implementation of target solution to align the SMPT process with standard process.

She/he will have the chance to work with various interlocutors on a worldwide perimeter: collaboration with the several team (operational teams SMPT, BSE E2A, Lead process engineer in CFE, DOTI ES in China), construction of solutions with the ISIT teams, regular contacts with other program linked to the SMPT redesign project.

The ‘Planning and DMC’ deployer is a local project leader in charge within SMPT of a one of the 3 lots which composes the SMPT transformation.

**Key expected achievements:
To lead the project, Industrial Project Approach or Process project approach is applied and the appropriated standards are respected (Project charter, check lists, milestone validation, governance, budget management).

Ensure that local needs are considered at the Group level.

Ensure that the solution implemented is providing the expected results and actively contribute to the testing and solution validation.

Disseminates standards and best practices.

Change management is lead within the framework of the NR redesign Change manager, users and people impacted by the project are informed and trained, documentation is available.

Operational staff take ownership of the standard process and associated tools.

To the link between central team and SMPT team for the Supply chain and logistics transformation.

**Requirements:
Craving for information systems.

Knowledge of upstream Supply chain.

Already know OPE upstream solution (DMC, EXR)

Previous Experience in OPE upstream project with a strong End to End approach.

Master/expert of standard office tools (M365).
