The Lien Centre for Palliative Care (“LCPC”), housed within the Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore, is the premier palliative care research and educational Centre in the region. The Centre is currently looking to hire an Executive to support the Director and the day-to-day operations of LCPC. The tasks will include but not limited to the following:

- Provide secretarial, meeting and calendar support to the Director.
- Maintain and ensure that the Director’s resume is kept up to date.
- Schedule, coordinate and provide logistics support for meetings, teleconferences, videoconferences, scientific symposium and interviews for the Director.
- Arrange and furnish all bookings and paperwork for the Director’s travel, and for all his guests visiting Singapore.
- Serve as department liaison for day-to-day operations matters of the Centre.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein and as requested by the Director.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Prior relevant work experience in a research/academic environment would be advantageous.
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work well in teams.
