**PURPOSE**

At Kallang Alive Sport Management (KASM), we value you and believe everyone plays an important role in the success of the Singapore Sports Hub. You will be part of a dynamic team to ensure venues in the Sports Hub are logístically ready to host a wide spectrum of sports, entertainment and lifestyle events. Reporting to the Manager, the Executive supports development of the event programmes and assists in the planning and execution of the project plans. You will provide updates on the project plans to all event Stakeholders and maybe be required to work long and irregular hours, depending on the nature and schedule of events.

**RESPONSBILITIES**

- Analyse event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes
- Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the projects
- Coordinate delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans
- Coordinate with office administration on partners' invoicing and payment
- Document internal/external requirements that align with event scope and objectives
- Highlight project implementation issues and deviations from plans in project reports and meetings
- Monitor projects' progress and budget
- Perform event boundary management and zoning of sites
- Prepare documentation in support of project closure
- Prepare draft event proposals that align with requirements for internal review
- Provide feedback on usage of workplace technology
- Regulate type and scale of events to be held on site
- Report budget use and spending
- Source suitable venues based on partners' requirements with internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot any issues and deviations to the project plans
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects
- Manage Experience Sports Sessions and related vendors/ partners to ensure delivery and alignment to objectives

**REQUIREMENTS**

***:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as events and hospitality management, business management, or equivalent
- Few years of experience working in a partnership/engagement role with a proven track record in forging new partnerships
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written skills, high proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, visitors and other stakeholders
- Self-starter, adaptable to change, and able to work under pressure and to meet tight timelines
- Willingness to learn and develop capabilities, and to acquire and share new knowledge
- Strong team player with a pleasant disposition and can-do attitude
- An interest in venue operations will be advantageous
