**About the Team**:

- Shopee International Platform (SIP) team empowers both cross-border and local sellers to conduct business internationally. Acting as the overall product owner, SIP - Product team carries two key responsibilities 1) to coordinate and drive system feature implementation to support every aspect of SIP business; 2) to analyse and handle system bugs in appropriate ways.- Assist the team in managing the entire Shopee International platform system features, including pricing, migration, logistics, and order management
- Troubleshoot reported bugs, evaluate impact together with stakeholders, and expedite both long-term and short-term solutions with help from the technical team
- Assist to interpret system requests from all team members, analyse and verify team concerns, prioritise backlog based on business impact
- Align with all related stakeholders on the expected outcomes of complex projects in terms of both system and workflow
- Coordinate with product managers (e.g., search, recommendation, payment, etc) to design adequate product features to address business pain points
- Assess the impact of external new features and projects on the Shopee International platform, develop solutions, and facilitate team decision-making to prevent any potential risks

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying Bachelor’s of Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field with system knowledge preferred
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Can articulate complex business and technical contexts in both verbal and written communication
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise and collaborate with counterparts from the region
