Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilties**
- Able to handle both customer and kitchen processes including:

- Taking orders using POS system and promoting special deals and recommending products to customers
- Preparing and packing of food, replenishment of food stock at display chillers / freezers
- Keeping work area clean, neat and organized and efficient
- Efficient clearing of tables and washing of soiled cutlery / dishes
- Management of stock inventory and ordering replenishments from central kitchen
- Package food and beverages for sale according to receipt orders from POS and online sales platforms
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
- Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs
