Live Events Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Ops & Curation you would play a pivotal role in supporting work on global tentpoles, experiential events and live events frominception to premiere for top Viacom brands, including Comedy Central, MTV, BET, VH1, Paramount Network, CMT, TV Land and Logo. This person must have excellent writing, time-management and communication skills. They must also have digital media experience, website-building experience and CMS experience.

The coordinator will need to learn the house style guide, and be proficient in both American English and British English. They will also need to learn the different voices of the shows and brands to accurately reflect these in their copy.

This is a global team with members located in different countries and time zones, including managers and subordinates. All team members must have the ability work independently and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication as part of the role. They must maintain a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends and holidays when needed for live events.

**Responsibilities**
- Manages international events production grids, and prepares logistics for execution of content leading up to, during and after all events
- Builds and troubleshoots upcoming events videos and site pages in live and testing environments
- Schedules digital programming during live events in CMS
- Initiates and conducts all troubleshooting of site and app issues
- Writes website and app copy for international ViacomCBS properties
- Manages editorial workflow and copy localization process
- Communicates effectively with the rest of the ViacomCBS Streaming team
- Adheres to the in-house style guide and ensures that copy is optimized for SEO

**Qualifications**
- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Adept with Microsoft Office and Google doc suite. JIRA project management system experience a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written communications and a great attitude are necessary
- Ability to write engaging and concise copy while meeting strict deadlines
- Must be available to work off-hour, night and weekends to cover for events

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

**Salary**: Up to $4,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Late shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
