**Position**:Social Media & Marketing Assistant**

**Schedule**:5 days’ work per week

**Working hour**:8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

**Monthly**:$2100 - $2700

We are looking for a Social Media Content & Marketing Intern. You are responsible for assists in creating, managing, and promoting engaging social media content to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You work on content calendars, analyse social media performance, and contribute to marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and implement online campaigns across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, RED
- Plan, produce and upload content onto selected social media platforms
- Generate design concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and generate reports on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns implemented
- Community management of Nice Minimart's social media pages, including scanning of direct messages, comments and complaints to manage responses and overall channel health
- Providing social media promotional support for internal teams.
- Supporting with social listening and analysis, identifying trends and monitoring competitor activities to help inform strategies
- Overseeing project timelines and implementation dates, ensuring timely delivery of all projects as planned
- Providing guidance and mentorship to younger team members, helping them with their personal development and growth.
- Assist in photo-shoot/ video shoot occasionally
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a driven, resourceful, committed, creative and independent individual to join our team for our internship programme Join a fast-growing SME and have a fruitful, hands-on experience with close mentorship Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
- Academic requirement: Degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in related field.
- Preferably entry-level specialized in Graphic Design/ Photography/ Film Production/ Film, Sound and Video
- Preferably skilled and experienced in handling operating cameras
- Prefer outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with others
