**Roles & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for the daily warehouse and administration operations. Main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

- Maintain relationship with Japanese and local customers in keep providing the high-level logistic services
- Monitor 3rd party logistic activities on a daily basis to prevent or minimise big incident or complain from customer
- Assist Operation Manager in overseeing the operations, which include warehousing & customer service functions.
- Support manager to infiltrate his direction to smoothen and strengthen management activities
- Ensure activities performed adhere to company ISO, 5S standards
- Ensure and motivate staff’s sense of safety awareness
- Identify problems and the root cause to ensure prompt solutions are provided for recovery
- Participating in costs reduction exercises to achieve cost optimisation for Customers and the Organisation.
- To coach/mentor staff to bring about a positive mindset and attitude that is required for work and staff's career progression within the Organisation.
- Submission of required reports
- Handle any other ad-hoc /administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management and/or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Competent in MS Word and Excel.
