**What you will be doing**
- Liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure timely facilitation of information
- Learning and understanding contracts, charter parties, shipping documents, laytime terms and statements
- Processing of demurrage claims and settlements and other miscellaneous claims such as shifting, AWRP, Zakat tax etc
- Reviewing owner’s demurrage calculations and clarifying all the events with agents, master, operators and charterers
- Ensuring all time bar notifications are passed on and making sure all valid claims are received within time bar periods
- Negotiate with customers as to the correctness of demurrage claims Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

**What we are looking for**

**Key Attributes**
- Possess at least a Diploma qualification, ideally in a logistics/supply chain, or Maritime company
- Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- Good telephone manner and strong communication skills are essential
- Mature, meticulous & well-organised
- Hands-on and positive attitude
- Possess team spirit
- Able to work independently
