We are looking for a dedicated **Restaurant & Retail Supervisor**to join our team and help lead daily operations to the highest standard.

**Job Summary**:
As a Restaurant & Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of both our restaurant and retail sections. You will play a key role in supervising staff, coordinating service, maintaining product standards, and driving both customer satisfaction and business performance. Your attention to detail, leadership, and passion for hospitality will be essential to ensuring smooth operations and achieving our commercial goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily restaurant and retail floor operations to ensure high standards of service and efficiency
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure responsibilities are executed effectively and promptly
- Provide ongoing training and motivation to staff to uphold excellent customer service and operational standards
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and order supplies as needed for both F&B and retail departments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and proactively
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize workflows, reduce operational costs, and increase revenue
- Assist in preparing sales reports, staff schedules, and retail merchandising displays
- Uphold The Dempsey Project’s brand image, service style, and values

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B and/or retail industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required
- A positive attitude and a passion for food, hospitality, and retailPreferably attained WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedure certificate
