**Role and Pre-Requisite**
- **As a Head of Department for Transportation department**:

- **You will lead the operations of a Transportation dept of fleet of around 150 Prime Movers and 5 Heavy Forklift**:

- **Manage and lead 10 Traffic controllers, 10 operations executive and a team of junior managers.**:

- **Familiar with PSA ports rules and regulations had similar experience in planning the prime movers and drivers incentives for effective utilisation of driver as well as the vehicle.**:

- Truck container’s to/from PSA port or J/P to avoid extra charges.
- To monitor Vessel timing for export containers.
- Deploy jobs to driver immediately after 1 assignment completed.
- Monitor on tow trucks and equipment daily movement.
- Monitor on Road Tax of vehicles and equipment, prepare to send for inspection.
- Calculate driver incentive Monthly. and Monitor of Tow Head heading to workshop for repair. (Each Vehicle’s costing)
- Pre-gate Driver’s to enter Ports.
- Follow up on driver Pass / PSA Pass expiry date and renew them.
- Follow up on Trucks summons.
- Conduct Toolbox meeting and identify customer to support our daily operation and to cover drivers earnings.
- Experience with Knowles and Possibility to maximise the trips by way of close monitoring the operation and right time follow up for the corrective action.
- Ability and Capabilities to run the Transportation Solutions & Services Département as a HOD
- Co-ordinating the day-to-day transportations operations of the company and directing major projects.
- Liaises and maintain good working relationship with existing customer to ensure smooth operation order fulfilment ie does not end up with PSA detention.
- Business development, create awareness and pitch for transport services to customers in need or bring in new customers.
- Increase revenues of the entire Transportation Management Solutions & Services department
- Responsible for directing, coordinating, planning and overseeing tasks and operations within an organisation involving transportation activities.
- Required to ensure the legal requirements for road haulage are met.
- Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organisation.
- Take charge of execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organisation. This includes managing budgets, organising schedules & routes, ensuring that transportations are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
- Degree holder with min 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- 5 days work week in West Area,
