Purpose:
As our new Sales & Customer Service Officer, you'll pioneer our new sales department at NK Robotics with your peers, focusing on client management and student enrollment while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Master our programs, services, and processes.
- Identify customer needs swiftly for efficient sales conversion and service delivery.
- Take ownership of leads to meet targets.
- Coordinate with teaching department for seamless operations.
- Fulfill other duties assigned by management.
- O levels, Nitec certification and up.
- 3 weekdays and weekends availability required.
- English & Chinese proficiency; strong bilingualism is advantageous.
- Demonstrates emotional maturity and passion.
- Good persuasion and mediation skills.
- Professional with a positive, cheerful demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
