**Job Scope**:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer frustrations and complaints
- Knowing our products and services inside and out to best recommend them to fit customer needs
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

**Job Requirements**:

- No formal education required - Just a personable, cheerful and attentive personality
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Typing speed of ~70 wpm
- Personal experience working/owning cats is a big plus
- Proficiency in English is compulsory - Mandarin / Bahasa Melayu preferred
- Experience working in customer support or frontline service roles advantageous
