**Job Description**:
Internship responsibilities:

- Conduct competitor analysis for our institutional business
- Provide assistance in developing go-to-market strategies
- Propose and execute the best strategies for ROI
- Assist with brainstorming and executing client engagement activities to amplify brand awareness
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including design
- Assist with end-to-end event planning and execution (including one overseas convention)
- Assist with lead generation for the business development team
- Brainstorm campaigns to drive institutional sales
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest or experience in finance/investing/trading
- A good eye for design and intermediate proficiency in editing software (e.g Canva)
- Ability to be a self-starter, independent thinker with a never-say-die attitude.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to take on highly strategic and challenging business problems
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment
- Have an open, inquisitive and creative mindset
