Global Functions Technology Apac

GFT is one of nine organizations within Operations and Technology (O&T) and serves as an important enabler to Citi's strategy. The function supports the needs of departments such as Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR, and other regulatory requirements. Our mission is to deliver world-class technology solutions for Citi's Global Functions using common data, analytics, and platforms. As a group, we deliver innovative technology solutions to enable Citi to meet regulatory commitments, mitigate risk and operate in a cost-effective manner with highly effective controls. The GFT APAC Cluster Head is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results by establishing an oversight of the systems and projects/programs in coordination with the program management office and the technology teams. The overall objective of this role is to be responsible and accountable for the APAC cluster inclusive of the regulatory requirements and management of complex/critical/multi stakeholder/multifunctional projects across the region. **Responsibilities**: - Acting as a partner and advisor to multiple stakeholder groups in APAC, to evolve, refine and execute the business strategy for the region. - Works in close partnership with In-country leadership, on-ground technology team, Global Risk and Control and Third party management teams to support the existing processes and enhance BAU engagement model. - Supports oversight, management and coordination of activities provided to a set of markets in APAC. - Provide strategic influence in the services provided in the cluster. Propose practicable changes to the structure of the business unit and its interactions with other business units that helps improve stability - Exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues - Escalates risks to the stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner - Provide additional focus to all regulatory commitments. **Qualifications**: Knowledge of Citi products, functions, data requirements, operations and technology solutions and an understanding of the challenges associated with the systems and data. - 12-15 years of experience. 10+ years of stakeholder management - Comfortable in financial planning and review discussions. - Hands on experience in SDLC and extensive knowledge in the areas of Program / Project management, - Should have established architectural governance and knowledge management frameworks - Should have played a Senior IT leader role in Advisory related to Banking Industry - Ability to inspire trust, influence others, promote collaboration and motivate with demonstrated ability to work with all levels of internal and external management - Good to have : understanding of Application security assurance and health reviews, Information Security Standards, third party management procedures and requirements. **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree - **Job Family Group**: Project and Program Management - **Job Family**: Program Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
