Singapore STARLITE PRINTERS (FAR EAST) PTE LTD Full time

This is a challenging role where you will contribute in development of the Starlite Group, a multinational group of companies which designs and manufactures world-class packaging products. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for the following areas.

Responsibilities and duties:
1. Install & Configure Networks
- Performing Setup of the Organization’s servers and networks with security control
- Ensure employees work stations can successfully connect to network & access business critical data
- Configure printers and network devices
- Maintaining data security and integrity during migrations, backups, and day-to-day use

3. Provide End User support
- Helping to setup hardware & software across the organization
- Diagnose & troubleshoot IT issues
- Helping user access shared drives and devices
- Develop operation and financial reports with Jet Report Essential
- Develop and implement good IT practices and policies for staff

4. Other Assignments
- Undertake special assignments and projects as directed by the Assistant General Manager.
- When required, may need to travel to JB office to support IT issues.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Information Technology/ Computer Science
- Competent in Microsoft Dynamic Navision implementation & maintenance
- Competent with Jet Report Essential report development
- Good and timely problem-solving skills, and able to work independently
