**Core Responsibilities**:
- Supporting a high-performing, customer and service-oriented culture within the Supplier Services department-
- Well versed in local country’s statutory rules and regulations-
- Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, and supporting operation of global, standardized and scalable processes-
- Understanding, learning and using the financial IT platforms, the local and global processes and policies as an enabling function-
- Supporting high-quality service handling of stakeholders queries-
- Provide data, analysis and advice to support decision-making processes- Support execution of SS processes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including:
- KPI delivery as part of BSO Performance Management System
- Timely Processing of travel expense claims

The Supplier Services (SS) function is a key finance functional area within the Business Services Operations (BSO) unit located in Singapore, covering the Asia Pacific region. The SS team handles operational and tactical tasks towards the LEGO Groups vendors & employees in close cooperation with the rest of the business.

The departmental focus is to:
- Make sure we live our partner promise by ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices, purchase orders, employees’ travel expense claims to all LEGO companies in Asia Pacific-
- Ensure that all costs are appropriately reflected in the Financial/Management reports.-
- Ensure high quality, stewardship and compliance in global SS processesThis position executes various daily tasks within the SS department and collaborates with different stakeholders internally

**Do you have what it takes?**- General diploma or degree from accounting preferred1-2 years of working experience as an Assistant with the ability to take initiative and ownership of financial tasks and processes-
- Due to the local stakeholders base in Vietnam and China, there is a business need to converse in their local languages**What’s in it for you?**:
