Travel Executive

**The day-to-day activities**:
- Accurately issue and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cars, trains, and other travel services, ensuring all customer details are correct
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel-related advice.
- Manager payments, process refunds, and handle payment-related inquiries while adhering to financial policies
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with company policies.
**The must haves**:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in ticket processing and customer information management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays to meet the demands of travel schedules
- Possesses an IATA/UFTAA Basic/Advance Ticketing Certificate preferred
