**Responsibilities**
- Working as part of an international team:

- to handle payment processing, customer follow-up, operational support, reconciliations
- Maintain operational service levels
- Upkeep of process/procedure design and documentation
- Identify and implement key change projects to improve operational efficiency or regulatory adherence
- Work closely with offshore teams to ensure continuity of service and high standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of experience in a financial institution in an operations type role
- Experience with office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Energetic, self-starting, team player, customer focus, with a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Organized and committed to deadlines
- Analytical capabilities
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to understand and maintain regulatory relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
