Coordination Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface (civil / structural, architectural and E&M installation, utility diversions).
- Interface management planning and coordination to ensure seamless communication and integration across all interfacing parties.
- Develop and maintain an interface management plan to identify, monitor, and control all interfaces across the project.
- Prepare tender documents, project specifications and tender evaluation.
- Work closely with the project team, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders during construction phase to ensure smooth collaboration and project integration.
- Coordinate project documentation and close-out for handover and post-handover support.
- Liaise with various government and utility agencies to secure initial site clearance.
- Coordinate design and construction matters (civil, architectural, M&E) with consultants and contractors to obtain approval of design submissions
**Requirements**:
- Good degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience, with proven project and interface management experience in large-scale projects, preferably in aviation infrastructure works.
- Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills.
- Good team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.
