**Responsibilities**: **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in the area of specialization or closely related field (e.g., international trade, law, compliance, public policy, or engineering). - Proven in-house export controls compliance experience in technology company. - Strong understanding and working knowledge of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and related national security laws. - Experience with trade compliance program management. - Ability to proactively identify export controls issues. - Experience with product, part and component classifications under the Commerce Control List. - Experience researching companies and individuals for export controls risks. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Excellent organization, project management, and documentation skills. - Possess the highest standard of ethics and a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. - Willing to travel and work in different time zones.
