**A1 Main Con** **listed on SGX Mainboard with>40 years of experience**: - **5 days work week**: - **North-East location**: - **Desk bound** **Responsibilities**: - Monitor and ensure timely submission of Progress Claim including variations claim, receive of Valuation Certificate and finalization of main contract final account. - Monitor and ensure timely issuance of Sub-Contract and Payment Response - Monitor and report status of contracts and procurement - Monitor and manage project cost budget, changes, variations, revenue and cash flows - Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims with client/consultants and subcontractors - Review Contract Document, Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance. - Lead, check and review the quantity taking off, comparison prepared by the QS to ensure accuracy in quantity and specification and ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers - Lead, check and review the Sub-contract and ensure issuance accurately and timely - Support the formulation and negotiation of project contractual claims and counter claims. - Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures. - Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract - Trains, supervises and guiding the subordinates in contract and commercial negotiation and communicates contract implementations to subordinates. - Establish and maintain the project variation control system and managing negotiations in line with contract requirements. **Requirements**: - Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent; - Proficient in Standards Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS): - Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution; - At least 5 years experiences **Salary** $6,000 - $9,000 **Why Join Us?** - Attractive remuneration benefits _(AWS, Group Insurance, Annual Leaves, Hospitalization Leaves, Exam Leaves, Quarterly staff buffer dinner, Morning exercise classes, etc)_ - Performance Bonus - Sponsor for courses & exam fees - Medical and dental reimbursement - Outpatient clinic reimbursement - Well-equipped office amenities _(Gym, Shower/Steam room, Nursing room, etc)_ - Excellent career progression **PLEASE INCLUDE THIS IN YOUR RESUME**: **1)** Expected salary in SGD **2) **Past projects involved - What kind of building or constructions, Duration / value / name, etc **3) **Earliest available date Encasa Asia Employment Services LLP EA Licence No: 13C6898 **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month **Experience**: - contracts management: 5 years (preferred) - Standards Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS): 5 years (preferred) - contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: One location
