Work directly with executive leadership to define and refine SAP/ASAP strategies, ensuring that technological solutions integrate seamlessly with business operations.

Provide thought leadership in overcoming critical technical roadblocks and contribute to the broader SAP ecosystem with innovative solutions

Oversee multi-phased SAP lifecycle management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with flawless execution.

Mentor and lead teams of junior and mid-level SAP developers, providing guidance on complex coding challenges and architecture design.

**Qualifications**:
Extensive Experience (10+ years) in SAP development and ASAP methodology, with a proven track record of architecting large-scale implementations across global organizations.

Strong expertise in SAP CRM WEB UI architecture, OOABAP, and middleware.

Advanced proficiency in optimizing SAP landscapes for high-volume, mission-critical operations.

Certifications in SAP technologies and ASAP methodologies are a must; additional relevant qualifications will be considered highly advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in senior executive interactions.
