We are looking for a skilled **Assembly Technician **to join our team. In this role, you will assemble communication racks and perform electrical wiring based on detailed assembly drawings. Your expertise will help ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and are built to specification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble communication racks and components according to mechanical and electrical assembly drawings.
- Perform precise electrical wiring, cable management, and component installation to meet project specifications.
- Inspect and verify assemblies to ensure compliance with technical drawings, wiring schematics, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or wiring issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to address any technical or quality concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring all are in good working order.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, recommending solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety guidelines, promoting a safe and organized workspace.
- Actively participate in process improvements to optimize assembly efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, particularly in the communication or related industries.
- Ability to read and interpret technical assembly drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced production environmen
