**Job Description for BIM Co-Ordinator-Structural Steel**
- BIM Construction Planning & Coordination for steel structure projects
- Update Project Model and capture all changes in Real time basis in preparation of As Built Model
- Prepare Erection method of statement for On-Going project submission.
- Support Tender Team create erection implementation programmed.
- Create shop drawing /GA drawing such as Plan, elevation, sections, connection detail and 3D View using AutoCAD and TEKLA Structure software.
- Generate fabrication drawing and report such as Marking plan, assembly drawing, Single part drawing, Assembly list, Assembly part list, Part list, Drawing list, Site bolt summary list, Bolt location list, NC files, etc.
- Reviews and study the Site accessibility and utilization plan.
- Evaluate erection and hoisting capacity of machineries like Tower crane, Mobile crane, Crawler crane, Strand jack, etc.
- Allocate Pre-design Temporary Tower scaffolding, access platform for consultant’s evaluation.
- Implement standard code of practice and project specifications for steel material, welding, surface treatment, etc.
- Raised RFI/RFA to clients for drawing clarification and material approval.
- Review model and proposes better engineering alternatives and connection details for the Temporary structures.
- Attend Client Tender MOS presentation and meeting.
