Our client is a reputable medical aesthetics clinic in Singapore.

As a Clinic Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing operational aspects of the clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and optimizing nurses’ schedule and workflow, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with doctors and marketing department to enhance overall operational efficiency. Your expertise and experience in a healthcare facility, leadership and administration will be essential in successfully executing your role.

Key Responsibilities:
**Operational Management**
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company’s policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other departments, such as administration, human resources, and finance, to optimize resource allocation and enhance cross-functional coordination
- Monitor and evaluate nurses’ performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency of the clinic
- Facilitate collaboration between vendors and doctors to carry out medical research
- Track and facilitate regular servicing of machines in clinic
- Be the point of contact for any escalation of challenging situations in clinic

**Staff Management**
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for nurses
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and continuity
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer professional development opportunities to nurses
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement

Quality Assurance and Patient Care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices related to patient care and safety
- Foster a patient-centered approach, ensuring high-qulity care and positive patient experience

Budgeting and Resource Management
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure appropriate inventory management of medical supplies and equipment

Leadership and Communication
- Provide strong leadership to the nursing team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate effective workflow between nurses and doctors
- Serve as a liaison between nurses and senior management, conveying important information to both parties

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years in a supervisory role in a customer-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in a medispa or aesthetics clinic will be considered favorably
- Strong administrative skills with good basic Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Proficient in facial treatments
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
- Able to work retail hours
- Do not require work pass

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
