**Job Description**:
**Topic**:Results Based Climate / Carbon Finance (RBC/CF)**

**SME Qualification**:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering RBC/CF training materials and workshops for government staff and other stakeholders in developing countries;
- Up to date knowledge of Article 6 and carbon markets, including recent trends and developments as relevant to policies, strategies and operations in developing countries;
- Experience and skills in training facilitation for diverse audiences, including both online and virtual, with specific focus on developing country governments and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with the procedures of the World Bank Group and other multilateral development banks and regional institutions;
- Excellent training/workshop facilitation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent spoken and written English, with proficiency in Spanish and French preferable;
- Demonstrated high attention to detail, ability to complete tasks, meet deadlines and work cooperatively with team members;
- Strong teamwork, collaborative and relationship-building skills in a multi-cultural setting;
- Access to a network of in-country/local training consultants to support specific pilot training deliveries preferred

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
