Utility & Facility Manager - Hvac / Water Supply

Our client is a Consumer Electronics manufacturer.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing expertise and best practices in facilities & utilities management to be implemented at all sites across the expanding business.
- Defining together with the team members located in each site, facility & utility road map, performance targets, and concerned projects to reach those targets.
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting guide, and endorse developing engineering projects of production sites and office facilities.
- Performing technical analysis, and proposing action plans to improve overall system efficacy, and cost savings as well as identifying project needs and project justification.
- Monitoring building of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces including facility equipment.
- Leading and supervising a team in manufacturing sites to plan and schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
- Ensuring the right communication with all relevant parties.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree with Engineering background required.
- Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience in utility and facility management.
- Solid understanding of utility and facility equipment such as HVAC, water pump, water supply, and the overall system, the impacts among them on manufacturing performance.
- Good command of English.
